With the power of spiritual energy, you can transform your life in any direction you choose.

Alchemy is often associated with turning base metals into gold, but for spiritual transformers, alchemy involves shifting energy dynamics in one’s life.

Everything from material objects down to our thoughts and emotions is filled with energy. We might not see it with our physical eyes, but we can sense it, feel it and see it with our spiritual eyes. You walk into a room and you notice the “vibe” of the place. Libraries feel quiet, still and stale. A concert hall is filled with the vibration of musical notes. A business has an office culture, otherwise known as an energy set. Each person’s home has their own unique flow of energy.

Communities, cultures, religions and any form of group or organization has an energy dynamic you can describe if you feel into it. It’s often based on spoken and unspoken agreements, but it has a flavor you can almost taste. Relationships have their own vibration as well. As does anything we are in association with – our career, finances, health, and so on.

The easiest way to transform your life involves the process of alchemy – using spiritual energy to shift the energy dynamics. Just as you can easily shift your own energy, you can also create change in other areas of your life. Here are some examples.

Shift the Energy of Your Home or Office

We often think of rearranging furniture and redecorating as a way to change the ambiance at home or work. This is one way to do it, but it takes a certain amount of physical energy (and usually money too). Another way to instantly and easily create change is through spiritual transformation. Try the following:

~ Tune into the current energy setting in a room. Center within your spiritual self and then touch into the vibration. Is it light or heavy, peaceful or hectic, uplifting or depressing, clear or fuzzy? What words come to mind as you tune into the subtle energy? Naming what’s there will support you to own it, transform it, or remove it if you choose.

~ Clear the space. Give the room a grounding by creating an energetic grounding cord in the center of the floor that flows down to the center of the planet (just envision it). Expand the width of this cord to fill the whole floor space. Notice how this feels. Now create an image of a clear, gold ceiling and bring it down through the room (to clear out any stale or negative energy) and release it down the grounding. Does the space feel different now? You’ve just used the vibration of gold to shift the energy (true alchemy).

~ Transform the energy. What would you like the vibe to be like in this room? Cheerful, amusing, creative, playful, clear? Make a decision, own the space for yourself, and then envision it filled with the tone, mood and energy of your choice. It’s that simple.

Change the Dynamic in a Relationship

Every form of relationship, whether to a person, a group, an object, or a belief has an energy dynamic that can be transformed with spiritual energy awareness. Start with something simple that you’d like to shift. Perhaps you’d like to have more amusement with your spouse, clearer communication with a co-worker, or more flow with money.

From a place of spiritual awareness, envision the relationship dynamic. You might see it as an object or symbol, or try what I often do: create an image of a rose with the energy dynamic in it. Use your clairvoyance or clear seeing to tune into what is there right now – the agreements, tone, mood and vibration. Notice if anything foreign is interfering, and if so, run some gold energy through the image to clear it out.

Decide what shift you’d like to make. I recommend something simple and gentle as this is a powerful process. Either add the energy to the image, or use your intention to transform the image or rose into that energy set. For example, if you want clearer communication in a friendship, see the relationship agreement and lighten it with the energy of clarity, then let it go and see what happens.

Please keep in mind that relationships with other people require their agreement on some level. On a soul level, they will either agree to the change or not, and this will manifest as a shift in your relating or it could create resistance if they are not in agreement. So be clear within yourself about what you truly want before you play with transforming your life with alchemy.

We can spend a lot of time and physical energy creating our reality, or we can do it effortlessly through spiritual transformation. It’s a simple process with potent results.
